1. Booking Confirmation

All flights must be paid in full prior to booking a time unless otherwise agreed. Once payment is received, a voucher will be emailed within 24 hours confirming your purchase.

Flights are transferable to another person provided the passenger meets all safety requirements.

2. Weather Conditions

Flights are weather dependent. As an open-cockpit vintage aircraft, the Tiger Moth requires suitable flying conditions.

If weather conditions are unsuitable on the day of your booking, we will reschedule your flight to another suitable date.

The final decision regarding flight safety and weather suitability rests with the pilot.

3. Aircraft Serviceability

All flights are subject to aircraft availability and serviceability. In the unlikely event the aircraft becomes unavailable due to maintenance or operational requirements, your flight will be rescheduled at the earliest convenient time.

4. Passenger Requirements

Passengers must:

Be physically able to enter and exit the aircraft with minimal assistance

Follow all safety instructions given by the pilot

Meet any weight or height limitations required for safe operation

Wear appropriate clothing (long pants, enclosed shoes recommended)

Passengers under 18 years of age must have permission from a parent or guardian.

5. Passenger Weight Limits

For safety and aircraft performance reasons, passenger weight limits may apply.

Passengers must accurately declare their weight when booking a time. Failure to do so may result in the flight being cancelled or rescheduled.

6. Arrival Time

Passengers should arrive at their scheduled flight time for briefing and preparation.

Late arrival may result in forfeiture of the booking.

7. Safety & Pilot Authority

The pilot in command has absolute authority regarding the safety of the flight. This includes the right to:

Cancel or delay flights due to safety concerns

Refuse carriage if a passenger appears unfit to fly

Adjust flight routes or duration due to operational requirements

Safety decisions are final.

8. Liability & Risk Acknowledgement

Flying in a vintage aircraft is an adventure activity. By participating, passengers acknowledge that aviation activities carry inherent risks.

All flights are conducted in accordance with Australian civil aviation regulations and safety standards.

9. Photography & Media

Passengers are welcome to take photos during the experience unless advised otherwise for safety reasons.

The operator may also take photographs for promotional purposes unless the passenger requests otherwise.

10. Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.

Vouchers are transferable but not redeemable for cash.

11. Customer Cancellations

More than 48 hours notice: Reschedule or flight credit available

24–48 hours notice: Reschedule or flight credit available

Less than 24 hours notice: No refund

12. Weather or Operational Cancellation

If we cancel your flight due to:

Weather conditions

Aircraft maintenance

Pilot availability

You will be offered a rescheduled flight.

13. No-Shows

Failure to arrive for your scheduled booking will result in forfeiture of the booking without refund.

14. Gift Voucher Refunds

Gift vouchers are non-refundable once issued, but bookings made with vouchers may be rescheduled in accordance with the cancellation policy.
